Binding Agreement

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7jata ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7jata website located at https://7jata.club, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised web applications, and any services made available through those properties, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live casino streams, crash game lobbies, and payment services.

By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 7jata reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point during their use of the platform will have their accounts closed, all winnings voided, and any remaining deposited balance returned subject to identity verification of the responsible adult or legal guardian.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7jata platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts identified as belonging to the same individual.
Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Account Obligations
As a registered player on 7jata, you accept the following obligations in respect of your account:
- Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. - No Account Transfer: Your 7jata account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved.
- Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 7jata reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to advance notification to the email address on file. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
- Self-Exclusion Compliance: If you have activated a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new account or access the platform by any means during that period. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and all balances therein forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time due to technical or operational reasons. 7jata will endeavour to communicate any temporary unavailability of a payment method promptly.
Deposit Conditions
- All funds deposited to 7jata must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- 7jata does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7jata accepts no responsibility.
- Deposit credits are typically reflected in your 7jata account within 30 seconds for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfers.
- 7jata reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment verification if a transaction is flagged by our security or fraud-prevention systems.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a fraud-prevention measure and cannot be waived.
- Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Documents required include a government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits published in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
- 7jata targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals requested outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day.
- Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 05 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
General Bonus Conditions

Disputed Results

The platform's decision, following investigation, is final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7jata platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or a false identity, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.

- Unauthorised Software: Use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- Money Laundering: Use of the 7jata platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 7jata is required by best-practice AML standards to report suspicious activity and cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation.
- Underage Access: Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account or assisting a minor in creating an account or accessing the platform in any way.
- Platform Abuse: Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 7jata staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure at Player Request
You may request the closure of your 7jata account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of receipt.
Self-Exclusion

Suspension by 7jata
7jata reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- The account is found to be in breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
- 7jata has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account;
- The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing player account;
- KYC documentation submitted is found to be false, altered, or otherwise unacceptable;
- A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the player against a deposit to the platform;
- 7jata is required to do so by a legal obligation or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7jata will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address on file (where permitted to do so) and will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may contact support to initiate a review.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 7jata — all access to the platform and its services is terminated. Bonus balances, free spins, and any winnings from incomplete bonus play are forfeited upon closure unless the closure was initiated by the player and no breach of these Terms is in question. Real-money balances are returned to verified payment methods subject to completion of KYC and AML checks.
